How to create listings, fulfill orders, and build a successful freelance business.
Becoming a Seller
Any registered user can start selling — there's no separate application. Simply create your first task listing through our guided wizard. Before you start, make sure your profile is complete with a photo, bio, and relevant skills.
Creating a Task Listing
Our 6-step wizard guides you through:
- Category — Select the best category and subcategory for your service
- Details — Write a compelling title and detailed description
- Pricing — Set up to 3 tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium) with different deliverables, prices, delivery times, and revisions
- Requirements — Define what information you need from buyers before starting
- Images — Upload high-quality images showcasing your work (mark one as featured)
- Review & Submit — Preview your listing and submit for approval
- Use a clear, keyword-rich title (e.g., "I will design a modern logo for your business")
- Include portfolio samples in your images
- Be specific about what's included in each pricing tier
- Set realistic delivery times you can consistently meet
Task Approval
After submission, our team reviews your listing (usually within 24 hours). We may:
- Approve — Your task goes live immediately
- Request modifications — We'll explain what needs to change
- Reject — If the service violates our Acceptable Use Policy
Managing Orders
When a buyer places an order:
- You'll receive a notification with the order details and buyer's requirements
- Review the requirements carefully — ask clarifying questions if needed
- Work on the project and deliver through the platform
- The buyer can accept, request revisions, or open a dispute
Delivering Work
- Always deliver through the platform's delivery system (not via external links or email)
- Include a clear description of what you've delivered
- Attach all relevant files
- Deliver within the stated timeframe — late deliveries hurt your seller level
Earnings & Commissions
- Anylancer takes a 15% commission from each completed order
- Earnings enter a 14-day clearance period after order completion
- After clearance, funds move to your available balance
- Withdraw via your preferred method (see Payments & Wallet)

- Respond quickly to messages — response time affects your seller level
- Deliver quality work — great reviews attract more buyers

- Level up — Higher seller levels unlock visibility and trust badges
